[Full disclosure: I'm a friend and supporter of the band, but I support them because I adore their music, not the other way around ;) ]
I think this is a great album with a very individual style. It features beautiful female vocals over sparse but interesting, and mostly electronic, instrumentation. You can probably hear that it's been influenced by artists such as Portishead, Lamb, and CocoRosie.
The songs do not necessarily captivate you the first time you listen, in particular if you're not really paying much attention. Also, the first couple of songs on the album are (in my opinion) not the most accessible. If you'd like to get a quick feeling for the album without listening to it in its entirety, I would recommend starting with "Strange", "Cat Song", "Play It!", or "In My Mind".
