I can't help but feel at some disadvantage being typically linguistically-challenged, I think I am missing out on something important but I feel I am going to go out on a limb and say a few words.

I can't help but like what I hear. It sounds refreshing to me and unique and passionate in a magically musical way, that I can't describe because I'm going by gut instinct. This may well be a tip to an iceberg I haven't yet accustomed myself too, or I am right and this musical expression is as dashing and unique as it seems.

Either way, right or wrong, I enjoyed the experience, particularly the first track, and some people think first impressions count for more. Who knows?)

This feels refreshingly, smooth, peaceful, interesting and unique, creative and cleverly done. like the guy, has just gone to the studio and sat for short time, and then started to compose and play, and this is the out come of his endeavors. Peaceful and entertaining on top.

This experimental, improvisational album is a progressive tale, told by a musician with a poetic mind and a longing for the quest and adventure. The music is beautiful enough to listen to as a general background but it is much better to seek the story's value and try to understand the motives behind the songs. I enjoyed several listens and this is what I perceived . . .

"Castle at the foot of the Hill" the first track presents a drama, tension and a problem to be solved in the future . . . as this is a story that progresses back and forth through time and as everything affects every other thing . . . in the universe . . . and on Earth, there are no endings, happy or otherwise. Hence a spiraling through time . . .

"Dream Kill Earth" every thing that was created by humans has its good and its bad and often we use the good to excess where we destroy our livable planet, creating chaos and mutation . . . the music presents a long drone with happy notes and then a dramatic, issuing of sound that makes it hard for the listener to breath as the suspense flows over and around the other aspects of the story.

"Nuit et questions" (Right questions) - If we ask the right questions we will get an answer and often it requires looking into the mirror . . . the music wailed and moaned as if spirits were trying to make warnings . . . a questioning sound in the tone of the spirits and the flute . . . there is a long voyage ahead . . . the quest for the truth is in progress . . .

"Spirale noire op.1" (Black Spiral) perhaps a mystery is in progress . .. as the universe is traversed the questions grow . . .there is no one . . . anywhere . . . all is beautiful beyond belief . . . but where is everyone . . . why are we so alone . . .??

"L'horloge" (Time) - Time is immutable in this dimension as we know it. . . but what is it really . . . a measurement of space as we traverse through, and the reactions of those spaces by our presence . . . time is an aspect of dimension . . . but on the spaceship we can travel back and forth and through time . . .

"Marche bancale: Wobbly Walk was my interpretation of the title . . . and the song gave that impression through the manipulations of the instrument . . . perhaps a sad walk around the universe - a look at all that is out there - but a longing is beginning to draw the explorers back . . .

"Spirale noire op 2": Any quest for truth demands full attentiveness . . . a willingness to sorrow but also a willingness to forget the sorrows and move on . . . looking for joy and peace in the end is the quest for all humankind . . . and the humans return to the planet of their birth . . . finally willing to accept all that is there.

"Pandora Moon" - the moon that our questers found, small and frozen, Pandora . . .has it been there all this time? And what does it portend? Is there an answer in this object . . . there is water and a semi-happy trippy sound in the music . . . the object is drawn in to the adventurers perception and perhaps a healing phase for the planet Earth.

This is a stunning album and perhaps the beginning of a series . . . (sorry if I listened to it backwards) - Not only is the music and the compositions carefully thought out, the music is beautiful and yet experimental . . .. Listeners are capable of deciding to listen for the story, create their own story, or just listen and enjoy the lovely sounds. I was almost in the mood to write a poem, but instead I wanted to hear the story and tell the tale as I heard it . . .

Of your two albums, I like Pandora Moon the best. My favourite songs are Spirale Noire Opt.1 & Pandora Moon.

Spirale Noire Opt.1 reminds me of this sci-fi show I used to watch Lexx and could definitely imagine it as a score to an episode.

Pandora Moon starts off as a curious and adventurous tune and then steadily gets more foreboding and chaotic. I like it for that. Very similar to Chateau au pied de la collir, but like this version better.

Kudos & Thanks for sharing :)

This reminds me of something in between The Legend of Zelda and Final Fantasy soundtracks.

Definitely music that reflects a journey. Wonderful work!
