Dr Emiliyan Stankov presents excellent orthodox chants, highly recommended for every music lover's collection.
The record is made in a very ordinary Bulgarian church, with a very ordinary Orthodox choir, which singers are not professionals. Dr Emiliyan Stankov is a dentist himself.
But that doesn't make the album's quality worse. Actually it's a great chance for the listener to catch feeling, almost like being in a real church, among burning candles and ancient icons.
