Too long...

Very nice dance music. Sounds funky and nostalgic, with a tinge of melancholy. Slightly psychedelic too. The songs are varied enough, even though the total of 70 minutes is a bit too much to bear. Makes you tired and grumpy if you listen to it too long.

Most of the tracks have quite a fast funky beat to them. The sound is quite jazzy with a mellow vocal overlay. Some of the tracks have a retro disco feel to them.

The album has a consistent feel to it even though there is quite a bit of variety in the tracks. Some tracks making use of horns and sax, others piano.

In all a nice laid back late night lounge sound.
