Now this was an interesting album to check out and enjoy, for different reason than usual, it shows, Eric Albert ability as a musician and composer to really good standards and the lyrics where entertaining and pleasing to the ears. And made you feel relaxed and good, checking this charismatic, enjoyable album out. Loved the gentle breeze of flowing, acoustic/ electronic guitar music fill most of the tracks, and the perfect tones Eric as vocals. give this a sharp, neat, fresh appeal to the listener. I could go on. But I give it a check out if you love...bluesy, rock and psychedelic, world music. That fits into a nice package like this album.

He has a nice guitar tone on this album, which he uses to good effect in his leads. The Latin-flavoured second cut ('Foreign Ground') was my favourite. My only criticism is that the songs are too short: there was a great opportunity to lengthen them.
