This Is Hollywood

Very interesting music! I like it!

My first visit to Jamendo two weeks ago I did a search for Orchestral Pop and bamb - first thing I downloaded was "This is Hollywood". Two weeks later hauntingly beautiful melodies like "Come Back to You" are still echoing in my head, and I haven't found anything I like better on Jamendo. The music's not perfect, but close enough for me to want to listen to for a good long time. Vocals are perhaps a bit muddied and overwhelmed by the orchestra at times, but frankly, I prefer the mystery. There are shades of everything from Hayden and Mahler to ELO and REM! What can I say except thank you for the the music! And tonight I donated in hopes "Silence is Sexy" will do more orchestral pieces like "This is Hollywood", especially more earnest and emotionally honest yet upbeat melodic tunes and rhythms that feed both mind and heart.

What more can you ask for ? Nothing in my mind ! This is absolutely brilliant. Vocals and orchestra doing a faboulous presentation of these songs. My heart is touched deeply about these songs. I wish you all big success in future !

Wow, I'm really impressed! It's nice to hear something that's not downtempo and ambient (which is nice too but in my opinion Jamendo is too crowded with these styles). Perfect orchestral performance and great voice. I really hope we'll hear more about this formation later!
