Description

for sure "Not the same soup" is not the "same soup" (Salvatore Siragusa from www.artistsandbands.org)
an hybrid between post-rock and 70s' hard-rock/metal tradition (www.musicunderground.org)
The first album of Croxing is bright, sharp and crazy (Alba Cosentino from www.gufetto.it)
You can listen to "Not The Same Soup" in the dark of your room, in the car while you go to work, live on stage if you're lucky, when you're sad or happy. It will always have something to tell (pinfloi.splinder.com)
a very good example of how different geographic influences bring to a style that's not easy to classify with a lot of undertones (George from www.troublezine.it)
this is a very good album (Andrea Rossi from www.musicmap.it)
an out-and-out melting pot (Bomma from undergroundzonevr.interfree.it)
Croxing don't lack the will to explore and experience. (Andrea Turetta from www.babylonbus.org)

This ironic (but not that much) title alludes to the fact that in hard rock and metal music maybe all and its contrary have been said: it's the same soup. The challenge is to find something really new, even using the same ingredients, but in unusual combinations and dosis, to obtain a different and original flavour.

Sometimes the only way to find something it's not to look for it at all. Isn't the same soup? You should say that, after you've eaten it all until the end...

Actually they're composing the new album, re-starting live activity, participating to more contests and promoting their album "Not the same soup"

Listen to us... It's worth of it!

Good guitar heavy hard rock.

The band might be from Italy but the songs are English. The lyrics are meaningful and well articulated. There is good variety in the singing style keeping the album interesting.

Like most good hard rock albums it has its rock ballad too. "Call Down The Moon" is a pretty song that shows off the singers voice well.

The album is well produced and has a cohesive theme. I feel that this album would be right at home on any rock radio station.

Yepp, I like it. Probably needs some listening before I really appreciate it. But I can hear that I will.

I don't fully like the recording though, maybe a bit to much bass.
