Improvisaciones 2 - Barroco

Los cuatro primeros intentos de este nuevo álbum intentan amoldarse al estilo barroco, concretamente a la música de Bach. Espero que el agravio comparativo que suponen sirva para ensalzar más al gran maestro (sí, eso es lo que quería decir :))

Los intermedios, en estilo más libre, no dejan de sentirse influenciados por este periodo de adornos y contrapunto (principalmente el primero de ellos).

Los dos últimos intentos son pequeños temas melódicos fáciles para un ser muy querido.

Como siempre, prometo fallos y torpeza a raudales. ¡Recordad que es improvisación y no seáis muy duros!

Y a crear y compartir. Es lo mejor de la vida.

A few improvisations in baroque style and in varied style.

These are the second works that I am sharing with the community: a series of improvisations recorded on a Yamaha Clavinova.

The very nature of this kind of music means that the pieces will inevitably contain errors of fingering, tempo or other, but I hope you can enjoy them anyway.

My method has been to record each piece in its entirety and later, if necessary, to treat it by varying the pitch of the piece as a whole or speeding up the tempo in general, when I felt that the spirit or musicality of the piece demanded it.

In the past, never satisfied, I often erased many of my recordings - maybe the best ones; but I am now being encouraged by people around me to share them…. and if my pride permits, I hope not to discard so many in the future. 

The recordings are created with the simplest means - a home computer, a cable, a keyboard; but then, little more is necessary - except, of course, an immoderate love of music.
