Wow, Josh, you're like a one-man shuffle playlist in a good way. This album has some strong songwriting from enough genres that anyone trying to stick the CD in a single bin at the record store is in danger of becoming schizophrenic. At times I heard some Death Cab, and the last song in particular had strains of Muse. Other songs are gentle and croonish in an Amos Lee sort of way. I would be happy hearing any of these songs again, they each stand on their own. But I'm not sure yet whether the album demands to be listened to as a whole. May take another listen or two before I decide.
Regardless, Josh is established as a Jamendo staple. Kudos.
