Album description

This is my sixth solo album and it's recorded 2009. A very special thanks to Bo Sar who help me with the tune "No distance" and David Folsom who help me with the tunes "Funky groove" and The hall of Shwedagon".

The music, excites, teases and pleases the soul, within us all. Our hearts race, to profound allurement and stimulations of the sounds that come from within this ecstasy of musical sound-scape of ethereal music.. Another Perfect Ten :)

Persson is so good at his artistry, his music flows like cool crystal water, soothing like a balm, refreshing like a cool rain in a harsh desert. There is more depth to the music on this album than the others, perhaps because of the added layers, and instruments. Even with the new, fresh, additions to his sounds these tunes still have Persson's superior signature to them. His music is some of my favorite on Jamendo and I wish I could put my finger on exactly why I like it so much. Perhaps its the timing, or that marvelous guitar, or the tempo or maybe its the experience, talent, and knowledge within the creator of this fantastic jazz. There is never a harsh note or discordant tune. Only good melodies with the obvious intent to entertain and help you relax or dance or just feel happty. Although I loved all these songs, I related the most to "Alone in the Dark" and I enjoyed the interesting tempo in "Funky Groove." Such a wealth of wonderful music, I am overjoyed!

I think this album is my favorite of yours now. As usual, awesome guitars, drums, and bass. A bit of keyboards on this one as well. Very nice new sounds. It's a joy to hear a new album! Thanks to orangeupurple for recommending it. Keep creating this great music!
