That Voice!

I love that voice - it is raw, passionate, powerful - something about it reminds me of Janis Joplin. The album featured some wonderful guitar, the music is great - outstanding rock, and blues - it has a good live sound. But what ties it all together is that nakedly unrefined, unique, poetic voice. I found it to be appealing and mesmerizing. Nothing bland about this album.
