The Kadar mesto spi / When the City Sleeps EP is a collection of five singles by SUR, recorded and presented at certain Slovenian radio stations in 2008 and 2009.
The track Prav ti featured on this EP should perhaps be underlined as a bit of a prank that the band managed to pull off successfully: thanks to a bizarre twist of events, it appeared at the 2008 Slovenian Eurovision Song Contest. Quite unsuccessfully, of course, in terms of "votes", but even the participation itself was completely unexpected. Namely, from the peculiar rhythmical structure of this track, especially its chorus, it is probably quite obvious that the track was an experiment in the "curious pop song format" that the band members found quite entertaining... And, to everybody's surprise, the shenanigan worked unusually well. :)
