Description

Oswald's Rifle is an exercise of the boundaries of musical perception.  The contrast of order and chaos is deeply involved in the album; the chaoitc mess takes away from the marching beats of some parts of the album to give it all a break, while when everything seems to go awry, order and civil parts take over the album to maintain logic and sensibility. This album uses many patches from FL Studio, version 6.

These are only the instrumentals of the upcoming album.

As I first came along this album, I seriously did not know what to think. So I bookmarked it, and came back to it just an hour ago. I just listened to it once more, and this time, I KNOW exactly what to think about this album.

It brought together such a creative feel to my ears, that I am still listening to the music, right now!

As Kelly Clarkson said above, this is a masterpiece, but actually, it is MORE than just some masterpiece. It is a work of art, but it is also creative, defined, and beautiful.

This is a must-see album, or rather a must-hear album!

My respect for you Jon Wayne is growing, and I am sure this album will bring you success and recognition.

Welcome to the music world! :D

Interesting and varied piece of electronica/IDM. Not usually keen
on songs that go on for 10 minutes plus, but the ones here are listenable and mostly interesting. Nice use of rhythms and some odd off beats and glitches etc. Sounds vary from calm to schizo. Nice work, worth a listen !

Very good album. I like the complex song structures and fantastic transitions throughout the songs. Very spacey. the songs are either really structured or a complete mess, and they all work well the same.

Google French:

Album très bon. J'aime les structures complexes de chanson et les transitions fantastiques dans toutes les chansons. Très spacey. les chansons sont vraiment structurées ou un désordre complet, et elles toutes fonctionnent bien la même chose.

I first listened to this and was disgusted by it...how could this be any good at all? a lot of the sections were repetitive, slow moving and the sonics were displeasing. I listened throughout and turned it off...

Then, the next day I wanted to hear it again. It played over in my head and I kind of got it, so I listened again. This time, I kinda liked it and it held my attention throughout.

After listening to it for the 3rd time, tonight, I can safely say that this is my current favorite album...it grows on you. The offbeat rhythms and out-of-this-world sounds go amazingly great together, and the ugly on this album eventually turns into quite a beauty.

Bottom line is DOWNLOAD THIS ALBUM. YOU'LL ALMOST HATE IT AT FIRST BUT IT GROWS AND GROWS ON YOU UNTIL YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT.
