Dangerous groups in progress...

Spring I liked but probably for all the wrong reasons. It is very entertaining nonetheless. Dangerous Groups has a totally different feel and structure and comes over as quite a jolly tune, with a grave voice sample. Is this one of those dangerous groups? Can CC artists change the world? Airplane has a strong sense of itself and asserts its musicality well. As for Acid Beats, it has some fine sounds and built nicely, keeping up variablity as this little album continues to entertain me. Feel It was fine instrumentally speaking and did not need the voice, like the other listener said it spoils the track. I Know, well if you know, why did you do it? Actually a fairly standard layout, the voice thankfully very minimal, though it regains its entertainment value. Just Feel It being a let down, otherwise a reasonable album for its genre.

if i was the artist here, i'd actually have made 1 and 2 into one complete album instead of two EPs - they're pretty similar in style, and neither one's particularly long. my comments in the review for 1 all apply to this piece, too, so i ain't about to go reiterating my ass.

i'll just say, Acid Beats' main sample is awesome, and the beat is twisty enough to be considered club fare without being weird enough that the old-school jungle crowd won't listen to it. bravo, man.

so again, good on ya. (but next time, i'd really like to hear less of the wailing vocal samples - kinda ruined Feel It for me.)
