The Orchard Days EP is Ramp's third release, and one of the more sonically straightforward. It ranges from the upbeat and relatively danceable IDM track "Pixel Part 1", a piece written in celebration of Pixel-Stained Technopeasant Day, to the richly meditative ambient track "A Measured Proposition", originally a commissioned work to accompany a series of readings. Orchard Days and its currently in-progress (at the time of this writing) successor Fountains are intended to be transitional works bringing the sound forward from the previous full-length effort Peristalsis to whatever project is next to come.
I like very much the opening of the second song but i found that some sound in it are very annoying, the last is good too, this ep is great but i think there still miss something in it. :)
