Beautiful folk harmonies with just the right touches of instrumental accompaniment. "Haizea" and "Bigarren galderra" are my favorites.

A Basque flute, Oroimeneko portua, and a droning background. Sounds very traditional. As for the content of the lyrics, it's way beyond my abilities and could very well be abominating me and my lifestyle from the back of a caravan somewhere in the woods, but apparently according to the general view, so sweetly. Personally, it's the last thing I would choose to listen to a second time. It's more intelligible to listen to early Clannad, which is the closest I can reckon it to. Having said that, some nice harmonics but really too sweet for the likes of myself and my harsh sensibilities. Perhaps I'm just not in the mood for the style.

Ultrafolk

This is a well put together piece of "ultrafolk" , we've been involved with bands like this ourselves. Harmonies are well arranged, although an additional vocalist would help no end with this.
It's not as clean in arrangement and recording as some folk stuff which has to be a good thing- yet there's nothing that jumps out as distracting or wrong. Instrumentation is minimalistic, perhaps too so in some places- as with the vocals I think there's room for more without unduly cluttering the sound. A good effort.

I would really enjoy to get the lyrics translation in English, I adore this song! From the second it started playing, I couldn't turn it of.Even my mother likes it... Wonderful melodies, in deed.

Je me suis demandee quelle langue c'etait et finallement jai trouve qu'il s'agit du Basque. Je n'ai en fait jamais entendu cette langue avant et elle est tres belle. Felicitations pour ce groupe qui permet a cette langue d'etre entendue avec une musique tres agreable et qui nous depayse et nous fait voyager. Merci :)

A Magical,mystical,enchanting,and elegant,sweet folk album, this is, it has such divine beauty in it's tracks, and the music is simply heavenly, the vocals just melt like butter, sweetly with the lyrics in my ears. Very enjoyable album indeed!

Comme Isobel, j'ai d'abord pensé à de la musique celtique (et moi qui adore la Bretagne, vous imaginez le plaisir de découvrir cet album !) mais en écoutant attentivement, les sonorités étaient quelque peu différentes.
C'est un véritable bijou de pureté, de délicatesse, une pure merveille pour les sens. Un album dont on ressort reposé et apaisé.
Je ne connais pas le Pays Basque mais s'il ressemble à cette paix que nous procure ces mélodies , alors j'adhère de suite !
Merci, merci pour cet instant de pur bonheur que vous nous permettez de partager.
