To be honest, I only downloaded this album in the first place because I liked the band's name. I had been looking for some new music for my iTunes playlist, because I'm a writer and I let the music I listen to suggest the flow of my writing. I gave this a play, and I have to admit, it was unlike almost anything I have heard before or since.
The first thing I thought (and my boyfriend also commented on it) was how much the general feel of the album is much like Marillion, and although I couldn't understand the lyrics, I found myself listening to it over and over again.
Notable tracks to my mind are Canzone, Pelle Viva, and Aria. There is absolutely no reason why I would recommend those songs, they're just the ones that tend to stand out when I'm listening to the album, although that may be due to iTunes playing them more often. My absolute favourite track though, has to be Cuore e Ragione. I could listen to that one all day. I just wish I knew what it was about!
I would have rated the album 10, but it is too much like Marillion for it to be completely unique (but that's a good thing, because I like Marillion).
I look forward to hearing more in the future, and great work on this album.
