"Gaia (Acústica)" Good solid Rock style intro which seemed to go on and on and on and on and on until there was nothing else. I would have liked a touch more variation.
"Pena y Rabia" Firm, strong but standard guitar lead Rock entry. Again, this went on and on. Various power chord phrases were overlaid, but by the third minute there was still little variety in the sound. The piece then took on some changes to the main theme. Lead with some great guitar work, this injected some much needed variety into the piece. A return to the original structure occurs in the last minute and plays out to the end before I get bored.
"Luna Llena" A very good start with a different sound. Not as forceful, but just as good as the other tracks. The whole style of this piece has a soft, slow and calculated form, with the timing of the percussion emphasizing the phrase in the themes. There is much more variation and much less limitation in this piece.
Apart from the monotony of some of the music, I found the album very listenable. The sounds were sharp, filling and strong with some very catchy phrases which were difficult to get out of my head. The guitar-work was very good and superb in parts.
