Most of the tracks on this album are quasi-repetitive instrumental melodies underscored with beeps, clicks, and buzzes. The tracks all follow the same musical theme, without being too similar. They do not have many sudden or dramatic shifts in melody or volume, making this an excellent background album.

One track does seem out of place: El despertar. It has foreground vocals that break the flow of the album somewhat. Beyond that, the album is very consistent.

Nice album, interesting sound effects.

Open your heart and open your mind, and free yourself of thoughts and get comfortable and simply submerge yourself into this glorious, hypnotic, unique, very creative, stylish and clever album. That will make you have wonder images as its like a winter quilt that is made up of many things. Knitted and connected and intertwined with grace, harmony and perfection. To give you such an sublime time. As you travel the world, history and see events traditions and things happen before your very ears and heart and soul. Like the first track at the beginning made me think of the Aborigines with the didgeridoo in some traditional ritual ceremony. That has meaning and peace. And the next made me think of a guy with his bass electric guitar in France somewhere. Playing his guitar on the stroke on Midnight in the middle of Paris.. Under the historic tower. Next made me picture school children on bicycles having fun. And playing at lunch time. And the headmaster watching and making sure they are safe and happy. By the running steam and the sounds of the flowing water,ooze and resonate inside my head and heart. The day light is bright and a cool breeze floats in the air. And I hear the distant sounds of the tv in someone house. As I lay out, in backyard. As my mother makes tea and dad comes home from work..And then the declaration of war is announced on the tv. And the peace and harmony, calm and grace takes on a more meaningful meaning to me. At hearing this announced.

An eclectic assortment of post and experimental rock. This is quality music, but music that is likely very different from anything you've heard before. Not in a bad way at all, it's just highly unique; a breath of fresh air. It's also fairly intense, but not trashy. I've spent many hours enjoying this album. It's something you have to experience for yourself to understand, but experience it you should.

This is easily one of my favorites...Though I haven't got the words to describe what it is I like about it, nor do I have any real technical knowledge of music, I do know what I like and I like this.

Fave tracks:
El despertar
Le noir et la rage

El depertar used in a film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cv5EcEQTHmI

Nice effort. A few very, very good tracks, but: entire image of recording is incoherent. I couldn't find any leading subject (what I can still accept, I didn't mean that every album has to be concept).

While I was listening to I didn't notice also rhythm of this album as entirety, I mean the tracks, they are just too similar to each other, there are not any moments of silence or calm.

Time of introducing new instruments to tracks is also sometimes wierd o_O, personally I didn't like it.

Good sides:
* nice production
* few very good tracks
* joining electro and acoustic here sounds great

This is an excellent album. Great melodies, great rhythm, and just the right amount of texture. The acoustic and electronic elements fit together really well. DIY-note are creative and have their own sound. Highly recommended; I can't wait to hear more!

I really like the way you construct your tunes. When you play acoustic you get some really great textures! I just find it's the electric guitar / distorted parts that let it down a little bit. I don't know if it is just that they just don't feel confident enough or draw too much attention to themselves in the mix? But otherwise the rest of it is a pleasure to listen to!
