Album description

the idea:
---------

On the first of June, at nearly the same time, all of the people, which want to be part of this project, will make a record with their microphone.
The Record could be thoughts, things spinning arround in their heads, something they ever wanted to say.
It could be noises, sounds or music.
If its music its very important, that the recording of the piece started in exactly the moment, everyone is recording, too. It has to be generated in realtime.
The project starts at the same time worldwide.
Thats the point which makes the project interessting.
Those, who will be part of it, know, in exactly this moment are people all over the world doing the same.
Later, i will check the collected files and publish them.

the rules:
-----------

The recording starts when the countdown is over - not before.
The length of the recording and the resulting filesize dont matters. You choose the content. You also choose the language. no matter if mother tongue or what ever you want.
I think there´s no way to avoid recordings where the people has planned before what to say, so that the thoughts aren´t 'realtime generated', but i think it´s not really a problem.
I want to let you know an important thing:
I will not publish recordings, which violate the law.
Maybe that sounds like censorship, but if i whould do that (publish violating material) the whole project could be smashed. .

An interesting concept, not unique but rare and not like other similar ideas in result. I have heard musicians that have played simultaneously in different studios, both local and disparate. And two musicians working on a piece with the same length of time, in different locations. However, I cannot recall a project of collaboration that took the form thus. In the others the different sources were mixed and played simultaneously. This is a problem for me to intepret, because of my own lack of linguistic skills (hey, English is enough of a challenge for me sometimes!-). However, I think I can discern, or certainly would like to think so, a shared sense of spirit that is inherent in all the tracks, in their own particular fashion. Now, I'm the one relying on instinct. Very challenging for me, thank you.
