Good playback for dramatics.

Undoubtedly this is a very professional music, all the instruments and percussions are being played flawlessly, the ambiences are competent - in short the artist knows very well what he's doing. However this is a classic example of craftsmanship vs art. The artist does not purport to express anything. Technically perfect compositions are flat, lifeless and bereft of emotions or evolvement. This is fantastic playback for a theatre performance, but it's not something to listen at home and to be moved by.

Kostas Vomvolos is a very talented artist whom I had not heard before and I am grateful i stumbled upon jamendo because of this album and his others as well.
Emperors picnic is my favorite on this album. Listen and enjoy to this music thats full of images!
