Despite its name this album has nothing to do with African music. Ok, some synth sounds are imitating African instruments such as xylophone and congas, there are some ambient sounds of African environments but it's not enough to tag this music as Ethnic or Afro or even Instrumental - there are no real instruments in this recording. These plain and naive tunes are ideal for kids shows, maybe some tracks can be used as a soundtarck for cute scenes in some documentaries. Overall, good work.
