Album description

"Digital Memories" is a fusion album with an interesting 8bit sounds,
exploding with catchy beats, flowing melodies and some energetic guitars.
Listen how the pure crunch and raw sonority of the 8bit machines uniquely
blends with some modern sounds. LukHash is using original 1989′s hacked
Nintendo Gameboy consoles, modded Commodore 64 systems, an electric guitar
and many other things to generate his sounds.

These tracks seems to be alive. I am listening to it for few hours and still I discover new notes. Like it was reshaping and evolving with time. Amazing how chip samples are consistent with more complex sounds. Congratulations!

Strong melodies, varied arrangements, great sounds, and a compact work with just ups and no downs.

Great work, definitely recommended!

Digital memories..are such are made of this superb album. full of life..vitality,energy..charisma and powerful basslines..that roar and pump and blast and resonate... through your mind and body... and ears drums..On this exceptional..8bits, poppy, electronic, hip hop and even has bigbeats added to the incredible mixes...

Just simply give your ears and mind and body an instant treat...and turn the volume way up loud..and bask inside the glorious..energetic volts of stimulations..to tease...please and make you smile and more so happy...

I'm really liking this. I suppose I could analyze it a bit and pick apart the reasons why, but I'd rather just enjoy it, if that makes sense.
It's well done, listenable and fun. Sometimes it's even beautiful. That should always be enough

A tremendous pleasure to listen to! I love albums which blend chip and non-chip sounds so well.

Can't tell which tracks are better than others... in every shell there's a different kind of pearl peacefully waiting for a careful listener to find it. The album cover is mysteriously attracting, intentionally styled up to match the music. I wonder if it was purely painted or artistically adapted from a real photo. This music definitely deserves to be played on a much better acoustics than I have now :)

I don't know. It's weird.
Of course, there are those awesome vibes, the amazing fusion of lovely 8 bit sounds and catchy electro/guitar melodies; but there is more.
There is what those tracks say. They are talking to you; it begins with their names and it goes on with their notes, with blending those retro, electro and real instruments sounds. Sometimes, it's kinda depressing (PURE COINCIDENCE), then it becomes scary (GONE TOO SOON) or it's just some unaltered joy (PIXEL MY HEART), ... All those things, to me, are telling a story. A story which takes shape in your mind.

A really great album. Maybe an achievement. LukHash just deserves wads of cash.

So, I decided today that I was going to go around and look for music on jamendo, however I wasn't really expecting much. Which leads me to this point. This is some of the most amazing chiptune melodies I've ever heard and I've heard a lot. What surprises me even more is that they're not a major artist. The thing that gets me about these guys is the layering in there songs. I've heard a lot of chiptunes that only had one melody, and believe me, you can't do that with chiptune anymore. The other thing is that even if you're not a chiptune fan, you can listen to this! It's uses chiptune extremely, but it also has elements of Trance, Ambient, electro, and even dance.

This is a must have for chiptune fans, and one to really consider if you're a techno fan.

This album is Massive!

of course you see influences from Orbital, Fluck, Pornophonique (here in Jamendo) and many others, but Lukhash took great care to build a very unique story. So far, "Digital Memories" is my number 1 top electro discovery for 2011 (Jamendo and other platforms included).
I don't need to be a genius to predict that this album will become a must listen/downloaded of Jamendo before the end of 2012.

PS: just to know, "8bits no Tamashi" is partly a remix of "Hunter in the City" by Tatsumi Yano, right?
