Wow....the reggae, dub, rocksteady coming out of France these days is incredible. And Zamala is now on my radar screen. They capture the essence of jazzy reggae - from ska to rocksteady to dub - while adding their own unique flavor. Inventive stuff, pulling in so many elements. As a radio DJ, they are now in my music library and will get plenty of airplay.
