Stone Pillow must be a disciple of Mark Knopfler, as it shows in the three songs. The finger picking styling is very evident. "Bad Girl" made me feel like I walked into a darkroom at a party and found a couple engaged in, well, listen for yourself. I tried to discern what was being said in the "Samarkland Hotel (Not Now Jimi)" but the voice was overshadowed by the music, which was very good. "15 Years Ago" starts with a countdown to a New Year (somewhere) and pleasantly continues on with a subtle styling that was more for settling down for the night than partying like mad men. Again, very enjoyable! Am interested in seeing if there is a bit of versatility in the next offering from Stone Pillow...
Cuscino pietra deve essere un discepolo di Mark Knopfler, come dimostra nei tre canzoni. Lo stile finger picking è molto evidente.
