Babilon has been started in 2003 in Poznań, Poland. Since that time the band has played several hundred concerts in Poland. Last summer Babilond played a tour with a Hungarian band, Honeyball and gave two gigs in Budapest and Szazhalombatta, Hungary.
In summer 2007 and 2008 Babilon was also invited to play at the Union of Rock Festival in Węgorzewo. During winter 2007 and the early spring 2008 months the band was working on the songs for a new album "Niedziela" ("Sunday"). However due to personal changes in the band, the project was postponed for a time and instead of it, a new, innovative show was created for the concert season 2008/2009: "Alterwizje". From April 2009 Babilon plays electric version of "Alter Vision".
"Alter Vision" show is an acoustic concert accompanied by visualisations presented on a big screen. The whole performance tells a story of a Poet in the present world. It seems the story might have a happy end but the severe Educators menace...
