Over the last 20 years Brad has played with a number of bands including Mudwheel, Chewing On Foil, and The Wires Band but now turning his attention to his solo work he’s set himself an extremely ambitious and exciting challenge.
Brad Pollard's "140 Project" is an ambitious musical adventure unlike anything currently being done. The project began at the end of March 2009, and will continue until March of 2010. In that time, Brad has pledged to write, record, and publish 140 songs, of 140 Seconds or less. His influences are apparent, Shades of The Pixies, Soul Coughing, Girls vs. Boys and Nirvana to name a few can be heard in his tracks. New songs are released weekly and range from fast paced rock tunes to Mandolin indie folk. You'll be pleasantly surprised every time a new song shows up in the podcast. Definitely worth checking out and following.
