Ever-Frost is a death/progressive metal band from Italy. The four members have been playing together for many years now. After many line up changing they decided to be a 4 members band,the four who formed it at the origin.

As many bands they started playing covers,overall of Sentenced songs,but they felt that it was not their path,so they started to write down own songs.

The EP "The Awakening" is the result of their efforts.
