Les 50 Otages were a French band active in the 1980s and 1990s. While many people were involved in most of their recordings, the core band consisted of Christophe Marc (vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards), Eric Deleporte (guitar, bass, vocals) and Fred Pied (drums).
C. Marc and E. Deleporte had both been members of Felix Culpa, while F. Pied had been a member of John Merrick with Dominique A.
Christophe Marc is now with the duo combo Le Galago, who released two albums So High and Are You Ready. He is also currently leading a solo career and released three albums My Misfit Ways, The Funny Fall and Pressure.
Eric Deleporte records under the name Perio.
