The “M.O.D.” project  (Maryhell Oxygen Destroyer ) born in july of 2007 as an musical soloist   idea  enough  “ambitious” of Maryhell , in a social/musical context, as that in the south of italy, not a lot accustomed at sonority exclusively electronics that aren’t that usually present in “commercial” songs  of the house and other similar  kind of music!!!

Few time later, Vhelena, musician already devoted to the electronic “Vhelena Projekt” , combine himself at the project and he enrich the dimension purely musical with his experience .

Result:  a music that combine ebm sonority at the experimental electronic, not poor of melodies and enriched from a sing sweet and at the same time aggressive, frequently in german language, for give the correct emphasis at the theme of the lyrics of the songs.

These last talk about social thematic of the epoch where we live,through the use some time so negative, but with the purpose of emphasize the real truthfulness.

On february 17 th 2009,they self-produces and publish online on the site www.jamendo.com their first demo “Entzweit Gesicht”, ( with three inedited  songs and one cover of the english band “Athamay” ), that is receiving positive reviews from various specialized webzines, and that they continue to promote through radio and fanzine interviews.

Recently they have collaborated for an book on tape entitled “Franklin City” of CA Hobson , composing expressly the song “Freaks” , that will be published and distributed next year in America.

The song “Makaber Tanz”, present in the demo, is on the compilation “Different Parts Vol.2”  produced by “ Army Of Industrial Darkness”,free available on  the site  http://www.aoid.at/index.php?page=download&op=getfile&id=24&title=different-parts-vol--2
