In 2003, four talented musicians, sharing a vision to change the Parisian music scene, came together under the guise of NOVA. Since their eponymously released EP the following year, they have continued to be warmly received by a devoted and ever-growing public, and at times by even the most hard-to-reach music critics.

NOVA deliver a carnal rock / electro sound nourished with sensual pop melodies. Alan’s rapturous vocals weave between the emotions of a lustful one-night stand with no regrets, and a harsh yet tongue-in-cheek criticism of societal norms. Pyp (guitar), Dave (bass), and Gat (drums) complete the sonic landscape, delivering a high-energy sound that at times leaves the listener breathless.

They have now spent the better part of 2 years either on stage or hard at work in their studio recording their first album, ‘PLACE YOUR BETS’. The results thereof are an improved sonic awareness, and a heightened confidence within a style that’s all their own.

NOVA have won many favourable mentions in the local and national press, notably for their rock ballad ‘Time’, which gained radio rotation for 6 months on multiple Parisian stations. It has since appeared on several rock compilations.

These four musicians now turn towards their ultimate desire: to reach past the frontiers of their homeland France and finally unleash their music to the rest of the world. See you on the road!!
