I have been fascinated with electronical music ever since. Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Kraftwerk, or Jean Michel Jarre are artists that I have known since I was a youngster. Later on the era of U96, Chemical Brothers, Orbital, Future Sound of London, The Prodigy, and Aural Planet took place. It was those artists that inspired and encouraged me to join their side of the barricade.
Project Vulturius Maestus started just as the legendary Fast Tracker appeared on my computer, which was a unique arranger at that time, that is 1996. As I have watched hours and hours live performance I began to get the hang of it. I have written several hundred songs, over a dozen of which is available to download from various web sites. At start I treated tracks, patterns and even whole compositions as a humongous proving ground. I wanted to know how to express my mind with sounds.
As time passed on the technology made progress, and software (DAW) become more subtle and exquisite. After a year of search I decided to change my software to Renoise, which I use till the present day. While creating music I use a lot of other software, but the basis for it is always the tracker armed with various plug-ins, instruments, and filters.
Drum'n'bass, dubstep and other similar genre took bigger and bigger part in my life and that is why they have dominated my work in past few years. To distinguish the difference in the atmosphere and genre of my music I use both nicknames Vulturius Maestus, since 1996, and Vulturius, since 2006, till today.

Zawsze fascynowała mnie muzyka elektroniczna. Brzmienia Klausa Schulze, Tangerine Dream, Vangelisa, Kraftwerka czy Jarre'a towarzyszyły mi od małego. Nieco później przyszła era U96, Chemical Brothers, Orbital, Future Sound Of London, The Prodigy, a z polskich projektów Aural Planet. To właśnie te formacje w dużej mierze wpłyneły na to, że sam postanowiłem spróbować.
Projekt Vulturius Maestus powstał w 1996 roku wraz z pojawieniem się na moim komputerze kultowego Fast Trackera, który był wyjątkowym aranżerem, dającym muzykowi niespotykane dotąd możliwości. Przyglądając się godzinami modkom ówczesnych scenowców uczyłem się. Do chwili obecnej stworzyłem kilkaset własnych kompozycji, z których kilkanaście jest dostępnych do ściągnięcia z różnych stron internetowych. Początkowo ścieżki i patterny oraz całe kompozycje traktowałem jak jeden wielki poligon i pole do eksperymentowania - jak za pomocą dźwięków oddać to, co urodziło się w mojej głowie.
Wraz z upływem czasu zmieniły się technologie, a software (DAW) stał się bardziej wyrafinowany. Po roku poszukiwań znalazłem Renoise, na którym pracuję do dziś. Przy muzotworzeniu wykorzystuję też sporo innego softu, ale podstawą jest zawsze tracker uzbrojony w najróżniejsze wtyczki, instrumenty i filtry.
Coraz ważniejszą rolę w moim życiu zaczął odgrywać drum and bass i dubstep i to właśnie te gatunki zdominowały moją twórczość w ostatnich latach. Dla zachowania pewnej ciągłości w nazwie, a jednocześnie dla podkreślenia różnicy w klimatach muzycznych, od 2oo6 roku działam też pod nazwą Vulturius.
