Black Era comes from Naples, the borderline of legality and European civilisation.
Black Era has not forgotten that Naples could have become one of the cultural centres of our continent and will not resign itself to the inexhorable decay.
Black Era presents “The Point of No Return”, its first production:
fifteen tracks about the abyss into which we are all fast falling.
The slow breathing of the tracks is impregnated with the images that we see as we fall,
tension and torpor or discomfort or love: the everyday life that closes our eyes.
“The Point of No Return” is self-produced under the production name of “Black Channel”
and is totally downloadable from http://www.blackera.com
together with video clips that Black Era has assembled
on a rough and highly personal audiovisual track from the homonymous live set.
The members of Black Era are:
Dy Darshan (Daiana): vocals and arrangements,
Blob (Giò): electronics and synths,
All Fuzz (Alfio): guitars.
The members come from years of experience in all areas of Neapolitan music.
Black Era coagulates in a nucleus held together by the same experiences and the same viewpoints;
a bunker in which we wait for help and from which we send out our SOS.
