It started midyear 2007 as a relaxed jam session between Tobi, Adrian and Achim Z. In the beginning of 2008 by the joining of bass player Frank and singer Achim H encypher was formed. A lot of songs were written passionately and three of them recorded as a first demo at “Tonstudio 45” (e.g. Blackmail, Donots, Dioramic,…) in September 2008. Everything offered by the Alternative-, Indie- and Metal-Genre is thrown together. By doing this the band is intent on not copying their idols.
