Terms and conditions “purchase of goodies”
Jamendo offers to the artists a web page so that they may put on sale goodies of three kinds :
- the « downloaded goodies » : digital files to download on the web site www.jamendo.com
- the « physical goodies » : goodie reproduced on one or several physical media that you will be delivered to you (or to the person you designated) by the Artist at is own expenses ;
the "action goodies" : that consists in actions that the Artists commits to do.
You can buy a “goodie » directly to the Artist who, depending on the circumstances, will have to deliver it to you or, if needs be par post mail, or will have to realise the action.
To that aim, you have to take care to check the name and address you mentioned in the order so that you may receive the « physical goodies » or so that the action goodie may be realised.
Consequently, Jamendo will not be liable for any lateness, lack of delivery of the « physical goodie » or lack of realisation of the “action goodie”.
The price per goodie includes all taxes.
This price does not comprise the fees of delivery that will be paid by the Artist will send you the physical goodie by post mail.
Jamendo will withdraw the total sum of 2 (two) euros plus 30 (thirty percent)% of the price of the considered goodie excluding of VAT, corresponding to the functioning fees of the web site www.jamendo.com.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Luxembourg. Any dispute regarding its construction or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
