Music originally written for the stage in a new arrangement combining the spirit of chamber music,the energy of free improvisation with a touch of Mediterranean surealism.
Kostas Vomvolos has composed music for over 80 theater plays, working in Greece, the UK and Ireland. With his group ‘Primavera en Salonico’ and Savina Yannatou he has performed all over the world and he has arranged and produced 5 CDs with them [the latest being «Sumiglia» by ECM records].He collaborated with many jazz and world-music performers including O.Temiz, B.Ozal, the Bulgarian Voices ‘Angelite’, M.Montanaro, M.Marre, F.Floridis etc.
George Bandoek has been a member of ‘Blues Wire’, the leading blues band in Greece, for the past ten years. He performed with Big Time Sarah, Louisiana Red, Al Copley, a. o. He has participated in various alternative and improvisation projects and recorded for Leo records with Sakis Papadimitriou.He also runs his own electronica label.
Tassos Missirlis, apart from his career as a classical soloist, performed and recorded with many contemporary Greek composers and songwriters like M. Theodorakis, M. Hatzidakis, S. Yannatou, N. Venetsanou, E. Arvanitaki, a. o.
