Lithium est le nom du projet solo monté par Benjamin LEGROS, ex-guitariste chanteur du groupe de ska punk The SmoKing Kills. Dans ce projet solo il y dévoile toutes ses vrais influences musicales, aliant grunge punk, rock, metal, gothique. Il s'enregistre seul dans sa chambre, ce qui ne donne pas un son excelent, mais la musique n'en ai pas moin sincère pour autant.
