How do I make a donation to an artist?

First you need to ensure that the artist accepts donations, by checking that the "support this artist" button appears on their page. Clicking on it will open the payment interface. You can choose to pay through PayPal or with a credit card.

What do I get from becoming a member?

You can get lots out of registering to jamendo! You'll be able to create your personal space, manage your playlists and favorite albums, invite your friends and share your favorite music with them, write reviews on the albums you listened to, etc.
Basically, you'll be a part of the community!

What do I do if I can't access my account?

Make sure you didn't misspell your username and password. Also check you confirmed your registration through the link that was sent to you by email. If the problem persists, please contact us at contact@jamendo.com.

How and in what format can I download music for free?

There are two options for downloading music on jamendo. The first and easiest is to simply click on "download" (the down-pointing arrow you'll see on any album and playlist page and on the player). The file will then be saved onto your hard drive. If you are familiar with BitTorrent, you can also get links to download albums through those networks. You can edit your download preferences by clicking "edit your data" in your account.

How do the radios work?

Thanks to our radios, you can listen to good music without having to look for it. At any time, you can download the track you are listening to or add the album to your favorites, while continuing to listen.
