I want to know why and if there's a way to fix it, so I can upload an album.

Edit: Problem is "fixed": Apparently Jamendo has problems accepting perfectly fine FLAC & WAV-files that were created in Ubuntu Linux. It's beyond me since the specs for what the site accepts or not aren't to be found in an easy way. Whenever I convert the same OGG-files to FLAC/WAV in my Wintendo using Switch Sound Jamendo accepts them. I uploaded my album in december; since then 4 times I got a little percentage of the revenue share (don't laugh: the highest was €0.29). It adds up to a total of €0.74 . Why is my Total balance still €0?

And why do these payments stop in March? What happened in April, June, July?

Again: don't laugh for the small amounts... I joined Jamendo because of its Creative Commons philosophy; I created the music using just tools that go under a freeware or open source flag. So I don't expect anything for it in return. But nonetheless I participated in the Revenue Share program, but from what I can see up til now, it is a very ill-maintained system...

I have been a hobbyist engineer for quite some time, but after recently working on producing and mixing a compilation CD, I have decided to start offering my services to the public.

Basically, I offer high quality mixes of your tracks for £10 each and mastering of tracks for £5 per track. As far as I am aware these are very competitive prices. I am offering such low prices because I am just starting out as a professional, so I don't have a reputation behind me as of yet.

All my mixes and masters are done in a fully equipped Pro Tools studio, running on a quad core PC, using a 32 channel mixing desk, with top of the range monitors, eq's, compressors, effects, etc.

In December 2008 I received EUR 0,29 from revenue shares (yes I know... but I submitted my album in just that month).
I was wondering, how often do we receive revenue shares payments? Or is there something wrong in the administration perhaps?

We do our best to release nice stuff here, deliver high quality wav's and high resolution artwork.
How come the Jpeg delivered in the album package is a lousy 4k, although i delivered you a top quality.
If fans want to make their own sleeve if they burn the album, they need decent artwork....
Why delivering only a thumb and not the real thing??? :shocked:

I received an email from Jamendo that I had a donation but it is not listed there yet.

Bit confused because when I've donated in the past it has immediately showed up on the artist's page.

Could there be a 'clearance of funds' issue?

Or is this a bug that I need to contact Jamendo about?

This relates to the Pixieguts artist page (http://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/Pixieguts). There is an anonymous donation of $10 listed there that has been there for some time but not the 50 euros I was informed about by email in the last day.
