There seems to be quite a buzz about this album and I have received a few recommendations to give it a listen. I was expecting something good with all the hype going on but..... oh what a disappointment.

The only good thing I can say is it is - mercifully- short in length. The rest can be summed up by these words in whatever order you prefer - boring, dirge, (very)dated, (totally)unoriginal. Fill in similar options for yourself.

Sounds like a very early, third-rate version of Counting Crows to me, even to the point of retaining the "one beat wooden drummer" who spoilt their early albums.

Worst album on Jamendo I have come across so far, it is that bad!

Estar en Jamendo demuestra un minimo de calidad.
Tu opinion es respetable, pero es una falta de consideracion muy grande al trabajo y al esfuerzo de los musicos de cualquier grupo. Es una falta de respeto a los musicos, a sus amigos y a sus aficionados.
Actualmente este album tiene 62 reseñas y una puntuacion media de 7,8, incluyendo tu cero.
Creo que necesitas algo mas de sensibiliadad con tus vecinos y quizas algo de humildad.

Being in Jamendo shows a minimum quality.

I'm going to write a review after I've listened a few more times, but this comment is certainly uncalled for, the tracks that I have listened to are fantastic (even if I don't understand the words as I don't speak the language) There should be a way to delete reviews when they are clearly just flaming.

I think the musik has a wonderful energy to it. This album can hardly be said to break new musical land - if that is what you are looking for. The great quality of the album is the enthusiasm and the dedikation of the musicians to their music. Also - i'm sure - understanding the lyrics would add tremendously to listening experience (i don't understand Spanish).

reneeknees, surely, anyone putting their music up on Jamendo deserves some form of constructive criticism rather than invective. At least, respect artists for trying.

And what's wrong with "Counting Crows", anyway?
