Einfach nur ein neues Album? Wer das erwartet, wird enttäuscht werden. Es ist, in meinen Augen, nicht nur ein neues Album, sondern fast schon eine kleine Revolution, eine neue Qualität. Die Klänge sind vertraut und zugleich neu. Ich habe mich vom ersten Lied an 'heimisch' gefühlt. Vielen Dank für das neue, hervorragende Album. Punktwertung: 10++ EDIT: Ich muss meine Rezension noch einmal überarbeiten. Das Album ist für mich das Album des Jahres 2012. Ich höre es so oft und kann es gar nicht über bekommen; jeder einzelne Titel ein Ohrwurm.

This is a jewel of an album, as ever from you guys. It's professional and crisp, and worthy of many movies. Now just a few things: I think there's a lot of potential to take your work even farther. Having listened to different soundtrack throughout the years, I've noticed that there are a lot of similarities to the current trends for movie soundtracks. Unfortunately, sometimes it sounds all too similar: choir, robust brass sections, and lush strings. I wonder what would happen if you focused a little more attention on the melodies? for example- try and come up with the best melodies possible- draw from the music you hear in your dreams or in your life- and pick the best 8. Also, what if you tried retracting some of the usual instruments that are used- get a little reductive overall? And then start using either not much used instruments and other noisemakers, or combined not otherwise combined instruments? These are just some of my thoughts. May you keep delivering superb work!
