Zen - Music for sleeping

I really, really need a soporific music tonight . . . tension and stress wears a person out completely, and even the ability to rest is denied as the body begins to wear its uncomfortable fight and flight armour around the clock . . . So I look for music that is relaxing . .. but not boring because music which merely drones make me even more nervous and anxious . . . yet sleep inducing music should not have too much charm or spectacular visionary aspects . . . it should not capture the imagination or compel the listener to focus on nuances or delightful melodies . . . It should have a sense of mindlessness . . like the opening elusive dreams of first sleep that are indescribable, while giving the shoulders a feeling of immovable heaviness . . . yet something, deep within the soul, is given leave to fly away . . . like the dove of peace, which we have full confidence will return with good grace in the dewy morning. The music should be as calming and serene as the gentle breeze off a blue sea . . . it should be soothing with a sense of being surrounded by guardian angels . . . this music should dip and sway like a mother rocking her child . . . and it should flow as a river taking away a cradle . . . securely through the mind's fantasies and transporting into the hidden and inner spaces of nonexistence a release from self-awareness and weariness . . . . And this album complied with all of that for me . . . pure gold for a woman in need . . . thank you for sharing this natural medicine . . .
