A recommander chaudement !

Mother - "Why are you looking so sad, my son?" Son - "It's the bad ways of the world... they're always bringing us down." Mother - "Did something wrong happened to you?" Son - "Not to me exactly... it's just this helpless feeling invading my soul" Mother - "Are you unhappy?" Son - "I can't say I am... but I can't say I'm happy, too." Mother - "Is there anything I can say, or do, to relief you from that weight you're carrying?" Son - "You already do... and you do it everyday." Mother - "I do?... And what is that exactly, my son?" Son - "Unconditional love." Thank you for making me feel loved. I am honored... and way beyond any words.

I have to agree that album cover pops right out at you, it stands out amongst the crowd .. .. and does justice to the music . . . 'tis a beautiful choice . . . . . . and the music . . . how gorgeous . . . a little different from Van Syla's usual beautiful musical excursions . . . this one (even more gorgeous) takes us to medieval times . . . and so romantic . . . a Shakespearian choice for sure . . . Delicate and tender . . like old lace and lavender . . a romance choses to bloom against a robin's eggshell blue sky . . . 'Twas Spring dancing in the meadow. . . her hair flying in the breezes and dreams of love's gentle song . . where only sunshine could exist and nothing could go wrong . . . or could it . . . . . "For never was a story of more woe Than this of Juliet and her Romeo." - W.S. but in the end the story gives us exceptionally beautiful music . . so we forgive the tears. . . . and listen to the tale told twice and then - again and again . . . And such a wonderful Jamendoan reviewer as our Carybe, who exists in our lovely Jamando kingdom, is one to deserve a gracious dedication . . through such a romantic and well made music . . . the sound so perfect and the love so deep . . . Thank you, Van Syla, for sharing . . .

'Juliet', is a five track, Instrumental, Classical-Baroque album. Listeners who are Fans of Light Classical or Symphonic Pop( esp in the Style of Mantovani or A Hundred And One Strings[ 101 Strings ])will find this Collection a Veritable Fountain of Musical Joy. Van Syla's talent in Blending Orchestral Sound with Acoustic Guitar/Mandolin and other Baroque Period Instruments is Sheer Genius as Demonstrated in this Collection. Instrumentally, Flute is used to the Utmost! This Woodwind( with Others)Voice is Featured Predominantly throughout the Album. Additionally Fine performances can be heard from Multiple Acoustic String Sources which weave Musical Magic as they either Harmonize, Duet or Engage in Shared Counter Point with Flute. Piano and Synthesizer( as Synth but used Classically)have Starring Roles as well. Percussion is very Renaissance Fair in Style and Feeling with Crispy Precise use of Period Acoustic Drums. Listen for Hammer Dulcimer among the Percussive Elements. The Tempo of the Songs are held at a Stately and Elegantly Flowing Rhythm which is nothing short of Graceful. Simply, commence an exploration of the Album from Track One and Revel in the Magic! :D

Yes, I enjoyed a lot. The best thing that I liked of this album is the atmosphere that carries you back in the past into the Shakespear fantasy, into his dramas. Lovely, but also an album very accurate and professional.
