Thanks to Barbara for let me pubblish the song. The whole song is inspired by her poem. The initial and the last part of the poem were taken fot the text of the choir.

Original poem written by Barbara here:

http://orangeupurple.blogspot.it/2012/08/when-we-had-wings.html

Text used in the choir at the beginning of the song:

Sopranos:

Once so long a go a spiralling galaxy held our hearts.

Tenors: A-and we flew from end to end with wings that cried, wings of crystal broke and we forgot to be angels.

It was a dark night, I was at the computer and I saw this poem of Barbara. I red it, symply amazing...than I turn on my keyboard...and this song was the result.

Barbara's poem describes an ancient primordial world, a sort of era when people were magical creatures, a sort of angels. An era of emotions. But nothing is forever...the time was stronger, the angels lost their wings, and forgot their past and became humans.

The song starts with a dreamy piano, low strings and choirs singing, this to recall the ancient era. Than to the sentece "forgot to be angels" the song develops in an epic drama with french horn and strings, that symbolizes  the strong of the time and the lost of the wings. Than the all the instruments stop suddently: this is the memory of the falle age coming back. And than back to the beginning theme, but with an epic sound: this is the the lost era.

Really hope you will like.

Keep dreaming...

Fly my dearest Angels... fly!

Those who are able to express themselves through the ways of the arts, with such sensitivity, beauty and wisdom, are most certainly angels. Angels, with the ability to fly with the wings of imagination and dreams, while at the same time, spreading hope and welfare, amongst those others, which are fortunate enough to cross their way. Be blessed... both. Once again, the quality and beauty of this quite perspicacious and well inspired instrumental momento, is absolutely remarkable. But and above all, what is really the most remarkable thing, is the normality with which such endeavours, seem to overflow from you, with such an apparent degree of naturalness. It's simply the closest thing to Heaven...

I am so grateful that something I said, inspired you . . . because your music has inspired me so often . . . I think, Stefano, you are one of very few, who hasn't forgotten to be an angel . . . this song arches overhead with the sound of wings and the feeling of peace and love . . . it speaks of the soul, heart and spirit of you . . . I am moved! I am given back my wings . . .

Stefano Mocini, surpasses all Genre Classifications with this Splendid Single. Certainly, some Listeners will call it a Light Orchestral or Symphonic Easy Listening Piece while others may perceive New Age Romanticism; nonetheless, all will have only noted a fraction of this Single's Magnificence. Rolling Percussion, Grand Acoustic Piano, Violin and a Spectral Aria-like Tone via Synth Choral that is almost Human color this Composition with a Peaceful Flowing Grace.
