 Thanks to Barbara for let me pubblish the song. The whole song is inspired by her poem. The initial and the last part of the poem were taken fot the text of the choir.

Tenors: A-and we flew from end to end with wings that cried, wings of crystal broke and we forgot to be angels.

It was a dark night, I was at the computer and I saw this poem of Barbara. I red it, symply amazing...than I turn on my keyboard...and this song was the result.

Barbara's poem describes an ancient primordial world, a sort of era when people were magical creatures, a sort of angels. An era of emotions. But nothing is forever...the time was stronger, the angels lost their wings, and forgot their past and became humans.

The song starts with a dreamy piano, low strings and choirs singing, this to recall the ancient era. Than to the sentece "forgot to be angels" the song develops in an epic drama with french horn and strings, that symbolizes  the strong of the time and the lost of the wings. Than the all the instruments stop suddently: this is the memory of the falle age coming back. And than back to the beginning theme, but with an epic sound: this is the the lost era.
