About this album

  • Updated: 19/11/2007
Breeding Sonic Waves presents a different, simple and original sound made only by two / three simultaneous guitars played by me. All the four instrumental, experimental and minimalist songs were recorded digitally in a home studio some years ago with 100% of pleasure and dedication!

So here we have the pitter patter of tiny strings. Try to Get Out, is a nice little construction. Untitled seems more directed, and has a curious effect of triggering off memories for me. Cold, draughty rehearsal rooms, that kind of thing. Some Sonic Waves becomes even more assertive, a good composition, which does work very well. Seems to have a good sense of progression built in. The thoughtful, perhaps somewhat instinctive dedication is already evident, in what has been produced. Finally, Something Like... gives me an insight, as the whole set of tracks has, of a lone musician, with so much in mind, creating a minimalist output. It makes me think of playing the drums slowly, so much goes on inside in relation to what you allow to 'escape' and come alive. Nice stringwork.
