Allez...Ciao The Abogix (J.K.)

The minimalistic electronic style of this album isn't for everyone. If you like very raw electronic sounds capable of being quite 'phat' then this may be your cup of tea. It's well mixed and I like the manual modulation of the synthesizers' filters. It's easy to say that music like this has no compositional merit, but track two in particular is a wonderful instrumental.

Minimal house. Exactly this, in a very precise, schematic, partially even pedantic way: the bassline, repeat 4 times, add claps/kick, repeat 4 times, hihat, repeat 4 times, break, alter bassline and bring in the rhodes. Da capo al fine. Take it or leave it - but if you do not understand, what Acid/House (or your own ass) is all about, don't bother critizising it.
