060303 was recorded live in 2003 and then studio-edited. While much of
Volk sound like a searching,
060303 comes forth as a fully formulated work. Norteno influences are much more evidenced in these tracks and the beat is geared more for partying. “Marimba” is a good example as it prances throught the speakers in a festive celebration. Each track flows into the next track as small sound environments are created and evolved. The energy is quite high on this session and stays there. My favorite tracks are a exotic heart-pounder titled “Kukita” and a very funny combo of manic electro-beats and over-stimulated adults called “Porno Pixels”. If
600303 is representative of the techno nightclub scene south of the border, it may be time to take a road trip!

Very good quality of sounds, and perfect product for the disco, but made with intelligence and interesting samples, sounds and dark synths.

Bien lo dicen los mexicanos: ¡arriba! !arriba! Guau! En cada círculo que dibujas con sonidos, voces, folcklor a medias y venta de tamales, nos transportas a cualquier parte de esa tierra lesionada, de grandes inspiraciones. Este disco está ya en mi audioteca personal para levantarme el ánimo.
este disco es un gran album, la mezcla de sonidos electronicos con enfoque especial en cada tema es impresionante

Richesse des sons,originlité,des voix robotique excellentes,ambiance,de bonnes basses,du rythmes, planant à souhait,il manque rien pour fair un superbe album electro.
Personnellement , je ne prend pas plaisir à cette espèce de pornographie "musicale".
Dire que c'est une réussite de compo electro, et en plus en faisant passer par comparaison les Tangerine Dream pour des nabots, c'est faire grande offense à ces géniaux pionniers de la musique electronique.
Reste que ces gens savent travailler le son, ce qui n'est heureusement pas l'unique attribut du talent.

Les passionnés d'electro vont trouver dans cet album tous les bons sons de l'electro.
On retrouve du Jarre, du Daft punk, et même la version de kraftwerk "Tour de france" renomé pour l'occasion "Turismo". Cette version est ultra réussie.
