"conceptual | scores" is the 2007 concept album of reinesfreiland media studio, entirely produced at my studio near Cologne. 100% instrumental. It includes some basic tracks which are quite raw, this is the first section. Later on there is a classic section on this album which leads you through the orchestral works of Baeren Ernst. Electronic and Classic, a little Jazz and sometimes Rock (even Roll in one case, may be), not-so-easy-to-listen-easy-listening-tracks.
As it says: a concept album. All titles composed, guitars, basses and keyboards played, recorded, arranged, mixed and produced by Markus Christian Koch. "conceptual | scores" contains solo work, experimental and studies from the previous two years. In short & fact: a demo album and cd from my studio.
01 | rfjingle 0:30
The intro, R'n B with guitar, drums and bass. A short one.
02 | Mixdown 15 1:46
Eternal choirs purely synths. Enjoy!
03 | Mixdown 04 3:02
A dark and meditative piece of music, with orchestral synths, distorted guitars, a simple and common cadence. Heavy and melodic.
04 | Mixdown 14 3:55
Some kind of studio rock. Synthies, drums and bass, ah and ohs from the choir behind.
05 | Mixdown 16 3:29
Heavy synths, some kind of heroic or dramatic rock from outer space or somewhere else.
06 | Mixdown 17 1:55
Directly from the garage studio (may be) - drums, guitar, piano and bass. A small choir from behind. Solid old rock transmitted from the 70s.
07 | HarmocicRock 5:32
Guitars, drums and bass, orchestral strings and woodwinds, a beautifull theme, oh so beautifull. A melodic but somehow slightly dissonant piece of harmonic rock and jazz.
08 | Mixdown 08 4:24
Hard and heavy melodic rock, with guitars, drums and bass, some strings and orchestral synths.

Please stay courteous and be sincere (for good and bad!). It can be an interesting read for others, but only if it is constructive and doesn't disparage the artist.
Please write about the music itself and don't be too hard on the sound quality of some demos.
