Sounds like a bastard blend of funk and psychadelia without actually being that much enjoyable. I could very well believe if the person/s behind this just downloaded a sample and recorded a voice with their crap tablemic over it. 1 and a half star for being interesting. I don't hate it. Strange stuff.
