Avant même d'écouter, j'ai eu peur de me retrouver sur une de ces plages à touristes, une plage synthétique aux relants new-age comme on a tristement l'habitude d'entendre dans la catégorie "ambient music". Et bien non, ce disque est tout sauf ça. Sur cette plage, c'est un ocean de matières qui nous submerge. Un art des bruits où le sable nous chatouille les oreilles. Parfois une rythmique esquisse la mécanique des bateaux au large... Un bel endroit pour les vacances.

Any album that takes me elsewhere puts a smile on my face. This music is unique, and well crafted. Keep up the good work.

Lovely ambient music made with an eye for detail and lots of artistic sincerity. It's very difficult to create something this sparse while keeping the listener's attention during the whole album. Anitone is not heading for easy scoring.... music and atmosphere seem to come first.... then the artist. Listened to The Beach three times in a row. I was wondering why it's called this way. I can sense the sand part of the title but the sea seems far away. A dry sea. No favorite tracks (they're all great) but three or four favorite moments. I loved the Dry Sand miniature, I loved the crackling sound and what it does musically in Shining Star. The last minute of Ulysses was wonderfull too. And let's not forget the last 90 seconds of the album where the tone changes 180 degrees without disturbing me at all.

This album is convincing! A great compilation for lovers of a-tonal ambient, minimal music! "Shining Star" and "Ulysses" are my favourite tracks. Keep up the good work. Ambraduna www.ambraduna.com
